meetings of problem-solving Reunion

To solve a given problem, it should follow a process that begins with the need to overcome a situation that does not satisfy. From here, the group's effectiveness depends on the dedication and commitment to bring its members to reach a change that reality. We propose, schematically, seven phases that will help in this task:

Phase 1: Name the problem:
is to define the problem for the whole group understands. In this effort will help us answer the following questions:
- What tells us that the problem exists?
- What is the degree of importance of this problem?
- Do you need a quick fix?
- What are the possible causes of the problem?
- What aggravates or causes this problem persist?
- Do we need a plan to solve?

Phase 2: Propose solutions:
is to suggest and propose possible solutions ("brainstorming"), without going to judge them.

Phase 3: Study the solutions:
from the list infeasible solutions are discarded or poorly informed. In the new list is a list of positive and negative consequences for each of the cases.

Phase 4: Selecting solutions:
select one or more solutions.

Phase 5: Action planning:
performed an action plan to implement the proposal accepted, indicating who is going to take place, when and how.

Phase 6: Implementation:
It sets in motion the plan chosen.

Phase 7: Evaluation:
analyze whether the expected results are achieved or need to make changes or start the process again.
