Introduction to Working with groups of people is an attractive task, but it can be very difficult. Each group is unique and so different. Its components can be full of personal perspectives, fears, strengths and conflicts. Lead a group with ease requires being observant, analytical, creative and tolerant.
Many manuals can serve to identify issues prior to the selection of techniques appropriate and suitable for application times, however, is the same experience in leading groups that we will discover that there are other factors that we had not taken into account. In this course we look into these issues and assist professionals and volunteers from the community intervention, social and cultural activities, street education, intercultural mediation, monitors, toy libraries, Integration Technician work, family educators, youth workers, team leaders, coordinators, educators, ... and those with responsibility for leading groups, organizing retreats, camps, playgrounds, associations, community centers, civic centers, etc.
techniques for managing groups are not just games that serve to motivate. While it is true that the techniques should help to motivate, but there are some who, without games, play this role perfectly. A symposium or conference, for example, are techniques of group dynamics, and they do not exclude its motivational role.
