Application of Dynamic Groups

Many manuals can serve to identify issues prior to the selection of techniques appropriate and suitable for application times, however, is the same experience in leading groups that we will discover that there are other factors that we had not taken into account.
Group Dynamics refers to the forces of movement, action, interaction, etc. concerning a group over its life and characterize their behavior. It also deals with the study of the behavior of groups as a whole and of changes in individual behavior of its members as such, as well as relations between groups, to formulate laws or principles and to derive techniques that increase efficiency groups. Therefore, is a broad set of techniques for the study, management, organization and conduct of the groups. In this context, we present some practical suggestions for those working in the group management and help them consider its mission, whether leaders of associations, educators and facilitators, social workers, teachers, etc. Some are general, others are useful in the selection and application techniques.
techniques that are not ends in themselves, are tools, ways, procedures or systematic means of organizing and developing the group's activities or resolve situations that benefit, taking into account the theory Group Dynamics, but without forgetting that group dynamics goes beyond the simple use of some techniques. It is a way of inventing the work, which is committed to cooperation, democratic participation, trust in others to achieve results that benefit both the group and each person, adapting these techniques to the characteristics of each group.
In this course we look into these issues and assist professionals and volunteers from the community intervention, social and cultural activities, street education, intercultural mediation, monitors, toy libraries, Integration Technician work, family educators, youth workers, team leaders, coordinators, educators, ... and those with responsibility for leading groups, organizing retreats, camps, playgrounds, associations, community centers, civic centers, etc.
techniques for managing groups are not just games that serve to motivate. While it is true that the techniques should help to motivate, but there are some who, without games, play this role perfectly. A symposium or conference, for example, are techniques of group dynamics, and they do not exclude its motivational role.
