Chicken with ... Call to the Nation


Dear friends bloggers have ever thought about why, despite being a purely country rice ( obviously influenced by China) always accompany our grilled chicken with fries.
Well I will comment as I came into my head that doubt so I started looking and looking and looking ... .... until I finally found it because we have custom Roger Schuler (Swiss machinery ordered to prepare the system for the preparation of my dear chick) did not like the rice and asked his cook to serve him his grilled chicken served with french fries. After this, as we know, the dish was so delicious offering many more people and of course my chick was becoming more and more famous with that spread demand and thereby the habit of eating it that way.
Actually I always thought that potatoes are the best accompaniment for my beloved chick, but I must admit that now offer many more tempting alternatives such as salads, white rice or the equally famous chaufa. But something that I do was surprised to find that in some places in the jungle of our beloved country is also used as an accompaniment to fried plantains.
Well either way it's always satisfying to eat my chick, but I still have a great curiosity ... you tell me what is the ideal accompaniment for you ?????
