a couple of weeks ago a little reluctant to activity time Lima (more for the number of people who would know) I went with some friends (also coyotes) to one of the most varied exhibitions I have seen in my life ... not lying or exaggerating when I say that was from the wonderful yuquitas found in every corner of the streets of Lima, the stuffing and of course rocotazo anticuchos Grimanesa Dona (delicious by the way) ... but it was not only trolley character (very famous after the show even more) but also of restaurants known as The Aguajal, The Tarwi, etc, etc ... but the story does not end the story you bloggers just starting ...
were the 10: 30 am and we, in our early or at least a reasonable hour to begin the feast ... big mistake ... at that time had a bit of chaos in the street the army and a tail ending in front of San Martín Headquarters. Well that's still the get and the more valuable it will cost more ... words of my mother came into my head while waiting for the truth itself was worth the wait ... when we finally found all ... but even still breakfast time the search began to devour it without mercy or remorse, so we walked and it was becoming more difficult the choice ... tamalito Huachana sausage ... ... and finally the winner was delicious bread with crackling ... what a delight !!!!!
While waiting for lunch time arrived we went for a walk and saw that it was not only an opportunity for Peruvians to eat what we wanted, but for chefs or those who are on track to be to learn more or to win the opportunity to have your own business, thanks to a prepared talk Peruvian chefs not only (which were completely free), but by foreign professionals although their talks were not free, believe me it was worth ... Ah! And forget the contests for the best lomo saltado, etc.. Meanwhile
and so we arrived at lunchtime and again the dilemma began ... potato stuffed in their respective pisquito Queirolo, ceviche Sonia's aunt showed us a boat on its original stand ... believe me I would stay for hours by writing on all the dishes that were offered, but ultimately chose the kebabs ... wonderful and delicious dish prepared by Mrs. Grimanesa excellent ... and to close the lunch gold brooch home its share of porridge ...
Again we had a little sleep before culminating with the feast, so curious to find a show dedicated specifically to the pope ... because as you know this year is our Peruvian potatoes so in honor of she could see the different kinds of potatoes we have in our country. Buenos
dear friends bloggers being the late hour and the belly and crackling again got ready to eat our last meal of the day ... but ohhhh! Surprise (tears) are my beloved and dear GRILLED CHICKEN and nothing less than the time specialized Pardo's Chicken so without further no more did our respective tail and 10 suns could eat ¼ of grilled chicken (formally called by connoisseurs Pardo's Brasa) with their chips, their Salsitas and a glass of chicha ...
So you bloggers was a spectacular day not only because I ate up rolling out of place, but because I could find from a dish served by trolley to restaurants renowned in our country and obviously the best of the day my delicious and spectacular Pardo's Brasa ... really THAT happens again?
