These days close to Christmas and New Year begins for me a kind of familiar dilemma that will relate below.
At home, it is customary turkey dinner that my mother prepares carefully for the entire day with all dressings, sauces, salads, purees and everything that is normally used to serve in this time and that the whole family eats without remorse. In my childhood because they have no voice or vote at home or in the arrangements and others ... Because although the grilled chicken is the most part there is always a chick why we are more inclined and two friends had been divided in half to decide immediately who ate chest and leg ... so who stayed only two defining who chose what.
In all honesty I've always thought that the chest is a little dry, but has lots of meat enjoy and also can not ignore the fact that it comes with the delicious and succulent alite is golden brown and ready to be devoured ...
As for the leg and crotch I've always felt much more juicy and with great pleasure, as well as focus hence the dressing that makes it possible that unmistakable taste of my delicious chick ahhh forget that skin as golden brown and delicious, better known as "flakes by" ... yes that independent of the leg or chest I love to eat and nothing to share ...
Finally when My decision was made and my palate ready to enjoy a delicious little leg chick, my friend won the prize by putting a fork ... so for the other is, total chicken is grilled GRILLED CHICKEN ... and can not be neglected
