Dear bloggers, like every year celebrated the new year and we can not remember all the good and bad things that happened this year.
That's why I want to acknowledge that one of the good things that happened to all Peruvians this year is that our country was in the eyes of the world for innovation, quality and variety of our food. Perhaps my beloved Chick
grilled not sound much in these times, but we must admit that this dish is one of the most exquisite held by Peru. Does anybody
throughout 2009 did not enter a poultry shop to satisfy their hunger with a grilled chicken?? Anything? ... and it is almost impossible not to enjoy a delicious chicken with potatoes chips, the mayonnaise, and coyote ajicito refescar uff ... and a very rich and very Peruvian chicha morada.
This what s grilled chicken grows ever more and the only reason is that their flavor is incomparable! We have to recognize it ... So I want to dismiss
this year by thanking all Pollerias (some better than others) for providing this product so special as my chick ...

way .. Pollerias to my best this year were just a few ... among them is the poultry that is on the corner of my house .... Other
also took my respects were Hikaris, Pardos Chicken, and Canas Tas ... this for its unique taste and its accessories, sauces, etc ... so each has its own qualities ..

Dear friends, Christmas Eve, the tradition is to buy our rich poult, for Christmas dinner and breakfast and if you reach our lunch also is pavifero.
's why I wanted to appeal to all those who have a special welcome to our dear and incomparable chick.
definitely not going to change the tradition of turkey (although it ???), but perhaps not at dinner and breakfast for Christmas is eating a delicious turkey with salads prepared by Grandma or Mom and up and aunts .... because for lunch not to make a small change in tradition and enjoy a delicious grilled chicken.
I will not take away the qualities the turkey, but if it is true is a bit dry when it baked the flavor does not feel much ... but still is very rich.
Well what I want to make is that this special day we have a nice chick that certainly is special to us all and because they accompany it with the salads prepared in c handle with so much love our mothers.
At home for example almost always at this time make a delicious rice Arabic and I was thinking that this year could combine it with my delicious grilled chicken! Must be something really spectacular to make such a combination.
Or if not also accompany the chick with the typical potato salad, corn and parsley sprigs obviously stirred with a delicious mayonnaise. WOW! And to make a polo chicha
uhmm ... just imagine it and it made me salivate ...

Well it seems that already this Christmas I decided to put together a special dish that I'm sure most of you are going to want to try!
